We have been quietly developing our own AI-powered call centre. Slated to launch on the 7th of April 2025, our service will allow current and future clients to generate Expressions of Interest (EOIs) and pre-qualified leads at a fraction of the cost of a traditional call centre.

Using human-like voices and behaviour, our highly trained AI models are specifically configured with the knowledge base for each individual client and can sustain informed conversations while answering any questions the leads may have. The virtual outbound agents can make calls non-stop during legal telemarketing hours, without needing breaks or sick leave.

This service will be offered as a complete package, which includes:

  • Leads – Sourced based on your campaign needs
  • Compliance – ACMA DNCR and DNC/NI management

Clients will receive daily campaign reports along with access to every call transcript.

Pricing:

  • Approximately $8 per hour per agent, all-inclusive (final pricing still to be confirmed).
  • 75% to 90% cheaper than the average small to medium-sized Australian call centre.
  • Also significantly cheaper than offshore call centre costs.
  • Running a small call centre locally averages $45 per hour per agent (includes wages, leads, telco, equipment, and premises). Bonuses and entitlements aren’t even factored in.
